A wood and sisal bristle body brush. Not for use on face or irritated skin. 

 

How: ON DRY SKIN, begin at your ankles and work your way up to the neck. For use on legs  and arms use long consistent strokes. For stomach, chest, and back use soft circular motions toward your heart. Use little to no pressure, allowing the brush to do the work. Use a maximum of 2/3 times a week.
